This notice explains how Studio75 Stockholm handles the personal data you send us through the booking form on this website.
Who is responsible
Allegra Tattoo AB (org. no. 559270-3788), trading as Studio75 Stockholm, Kammakargatan 47, 111 24 Stockholm, is responsible for your personal data (the data controller). Contact us at bookings@allegratattoo.com or +46 76 711 58 08.
What we collect
When you send a booking request: your name, email, phone number if you choose to add one, tattoo idea, placement, size, which days suit you, budget, any extra message and reference images you add, the site language you used, your confirmation that you are 18 or older, and when you gave consent.
To stop spam we use Cloudflare Turnstile, and we limit how many requests can be sent from one IP address. The IP address is only stored as an irreversible hash.
Why we use it
We use your data only to answer and handle your booking request. The legal basis is your consent, which you give in the form, and taking steps at your request before an agreement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)). Spam protection is based on our legitimate interest in keeping the form safe (Art. 6(1)(f)). We never sell your data or use it for marketing.
How long we keep it
Your request is emailed to us and kept as long as needed to handle your booking. A backup copy of the request and images is stored securely and deleted automatically after 180 days.
Who helps us
Cloudflare (website hosting, spam protection and secure storage) and Resend (email delivery) process data on our behalf and only according to our instructions. Some processing may take place outside the EU/EEA; it is then covered by the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not follow you across other websites.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing bookings@allegratattoo.com; this does not affect processing that took place before. If you think we handle your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
